Monte Rosa is a biotech company with locations in Boston and Basel, focused on molecular glue degraders and the possibilities they create for the future of medicine. The company is driven by a passion for science, disease research—and the band Queen.

The work with Monte Rosa began with a presentation overhaul, which led to the development of social media templates, meeting branding, stationery, environmental design, and ultimately their website, which also included photo art direction.

As a young company, Monte Rosa initially struggled to find its voice in the crowded biotech space. Subtle—and not-so-subtle—nods to Queen can be found throughout their branding. It quickly became clear that this part of their culture needed to be represented. Their love of the band was instrumental (pun intended) in shaping the story told through their website. The website and environmental graphics became defining showpieces—capturing Monte Rosa’s history, culture, and scientific vision.
