She spent over 14 years at Pinkergreen, a small, full-service studio known for its highly collaborative environment. Her focus was on holistic brand development, encompassing print, web, packaging, and art direction. Notable clients include Monte Rosa Therapeutics, H3 Biomedicine, Force of Nature, and the Massachusetts State Treasury.

Prior to joining Pinkergreen, Kristy worked at Phillips Design Group, a design firm with a strong focus on branding and packaging. There, she redesigned Scrabble—one of Hasbro’s most iconic games. She also developed an award-winning brochure for the financial services firm Loomis Sayles, along with a refreshed logo, new stationery system, website, and marketing collateral. Additionally, she played a key role in crafting the brand identity for National Financial, Fidelity Investments’ clearinghouse, including collateral, trade show materials, and advertising. Kristy also collaborated with the team on design concept rounds for other clients such as Gillette and Hawaiian Tropic.

Kristy also worked at Hill Holliday in Boston, where she led the design team responsible for maintaining the brand identity of John Hancock’s consumer and agent collateral systems. During her time there, she produced award-winning work for nonprofit clients such as The Salvation Army and The American Ireland Fund.

Her work has been recognized in several prestigious design competitions, including the Hatch Awards by The Ad Club, AIGA’s Best of New England, and Appleton Paper’s U B the Judge competition. Her work has also been featured in Print and Creativity magazines.

Kristy studied design at the Miami Ad School in Atlanta and Hofstra University.
